Here's my take on it
Incredible experience with a superb location just steps from the JR station. The staff was welcoming and attentive, especially during our emergency situation. Rooms are clean, slightly dated, but very comfortable. Buffaloes of local shops and restaurants enhance the stay. Also, the ease of transport can't be beaten!

The hotel's location in Ikebukuro is fantastic, with easy access to trains and a range of amenities. Staff were friendly and accommodating, although the breakfast could be improved as local dishes dominate the selection. Enjoyed the comfortable room with lovely views, but wished I had more time to explore the restaurants.

Our stay began on a disappointing note when we discovered that the room we booked was not as advertised. Instead of the promised 21 square meters, we were faced with a cramped space of about 15 square meters. This made it nearly impossible to navigate our luggage, and the closet situation was uncomfortable, lacking even a proper door.

Perfect base for exploring Tokyo
I enjoyed a comfortable 5-night stay in a Superior Single Room, which had a fantastic city view. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from Ikebukuro Station, making it easy to travel around the city. The hotel offers a delightful buffet breakfast with a variety of options, and the staff were always friendly and helpful. One downside was that the bathrooms could use a little bit of updating.

I stayed here recently and enjoyed the fantastic location. The limousine bus from Narita Airport stops right outside, making it super convenient. The nearby TOBU mall has great local stores and restaurants. I loved the quiet atmosphere of the neighborhood after bustling days in Tokyo. My room was clean and well-appointed, although it felt a bit compact. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available to assist with any queries. However, breakfast options could improve, especially for those of us with foreign tastes. I also noticed a lack of a microwave in the room, which would have been handy. These minor inconveniences didn’t overshadow my stay. Overall, a solid choice for exploring Tokyo.

The convenience of a store in the lobby made late-night snacks easy, and the spacious room offered a great view. The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, ensuring quick and efficient service, particularly at check-in. A highlight was the buffet breakfast, which featured a delicious array of choices. However, the bathroom felt a bit compact and could have had modern updates, and noise from outside occasionally disrupted the peace.
